    Yes, as long as there is one point of contact and the deal is paid for in a single transaction. 
    Can I take this deal if the team is an informal collection of individuals?
    Yes, as long as there is one point of contact and the deal is paid for in a single transaction. 
    How much will this save my team?
    Here are some example savings:

    If you had 10 staff who each wanted to take 2 courses, if you paid for them individually that would cost £190/participant/course x 10 participants x 2 courses = £3,800.
    To pay individually for a subscription for each staff member (who could then access any course they wanted), that would cost £290 x 10 participants  = £2,900 = a saving of £900 compared to indicidual course costs.
    If you took the deal for 20% team purchase deal for your staff (who could then access any course they wanted), that would cost £290 x 10 participants = £2,320 = a saving of £1,480 compared to indicidual course costs.

    What happens if more courses are added?
    All your team will get immediate access to any new course we add.
    How can I encourage my team to take the courses?
    Hands off option: Once registered, we will communicate with your team to encorage their enrollment and completion of courses.
    Soft option:
    Send out additional team communications to explain the benefits, costs and timeframe of the opportunity. You could provide other incentives (like an extra day of holiday) for every course passed. 
    Hard option:
    Make particular courses compulsory, as part of induction for new staff, and integrated into the performance management of existing staff. As an incentive to your team, you could link the attainment of these skills to potential salary increaces and/or promotions. And/or you could provide other incentives (like an extra day of holiday) for every course passed. 
    What happens when the team subscription ends after a year?
    Your team will no longer be able to access paid courses, but they will still be registered on the platform, and still able to access their profiles and certificated, together with any free courses and resources available.
